Stakeholders
In addition to those who benefit from the educational services provided by the Foreign Languages School, our stakeholders include individuals and institutions that are our employees, as well as our fundamental and strategic partners. These stakeholders are categorized into two groups: internal and external.
When identifying the stakeholders of the Foreign Languages School, consideration was given to who is related to the school’s activities and services, who directs these activities and services, who benefits from the services provided by the school, who is affected by the school’s activities and services, and who influences these activities and services. Based on their functionalities, these stakeholders are divided into subgroups under the headings of service recipients, employees, fundamental partners, and strategic partners. Among these subgroups, a fundamental partner refers to the main individuals, groups, or institutions that collaborate with the institution in fulfilling its mission, thus helping the institution sustain itself and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. A strategic partner, on the other hand, refers to other individuals, groups, or institutions that collaborate to achieve specific strategic objectives by bringing together certain assets and capabilities. In the strategic planning process, the opinions and suggestions of stakeholders play a significant role and contribute to the execution and organization of educational and administrative activities.
